What&#8217;s more, a large number of the works in V\u00ed\u00f0ista\u00f0at\u00fan were made at an International Sculpture Encounter, held in the former Straumur Arts Centre in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, following similar events in Sweden and Mexico. These works likewise make up a large part of the museum and municipality\u2019s public art collection. The group will set out from the parking lot next to the church overlooking V\u00ed\u00f0ista\u00f0at\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p><em>The town of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur offers a programme of special health and culture walks every Wednesday evening through the summer. The walks usually last for one hour, starting at 8 p.m. The walks are a collaborative project by Hafnarborg, The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Museum, The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Library and The Health Town Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.
