Marta is among the participants of the exhibition, which presents pieces made by a group of nine goldsmiths, jewellers and artists focused on personal adornment, reflecting the varied approaches, techniques and topics of modern jewellery-making in Iceland.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside Marta, the participating artists are<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Anna Mar\u00eda Pitt<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Arna Gn\u00e1<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00c1g\u00fasta Arnard\u00f3ttir<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>James Merry<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Hildur \u00ddr J\u00f3nsd\u00f3ttir<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Helga Mogensen<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Katla Karlsd\u00f3ttir<\/strong> and<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Orr<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong>Curated by<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Brynhildur P\u00e1lsd\u00f3ttir, <\/strong>the exhibition is part of the programme of DesignMarch 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marta Staworowska<\/strong>\u00a0(b. 1985) is a trained landscape architect, art historian and goldsmith. Before moving to Iceland six years ago, she worked for the Polish army, being stationed in Afghanistan.
