Paints and colours will also be available for those who wish to let their imagination run free and design a personal flag or even make a different national flag. The workshop will be conducted in Icelandic, English and Spanish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop will be led by Mexican artist <\/span><b>Hugo Llanes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who has been living in Iceland for the past seven years. Hugo holds an MA degree in Fine Arts from the Iceland University of the Arts and is currently studying Icelandic as a second language at the University of Iceland.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>In My Language<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a series of events aimed at increasing access to Hafnarborg for people of diverse backgrounds by welcoming guests in multiple languages. The event is a collaboration between Hafnarborg and GETA \u2013 Organisation that promotes inclusion and positive multiculturalism through a variety of events and social initiatives. The programme is supported by the Museum Fund.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Free entry \u2013 everyone welcome.<\/b><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The museum\u2019s exhibitions will be open as usual, from 12-5 p.m., namely <em>Of Substance and Essence<\/em>, which presents a retrospective of the career of Eir\u00edkur Smith, and <em>An Ode to Colours<\/em>, featuring a selection of works by Sveinn Bj\u00f6rnsson from the final years of his artistic life. In addition, Annr\u00edki will be hosting a special exhibition of national costumes on the ground floor of the museum, a tradition that has become a regular part of the museum\u2019s programming in recent years. As part of the day\u2019s events, a group photo of people in national costume will also be taken outside Hafnarborg at 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #00dbd2;\"><strong>En mi idioma \u2013 taller multilingu\u00eb de banderas<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"260\" data-end=\"715\">Con motivo del <strong data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"303\">D\u00eda Nacional de Islandia<\/strong>, Hafnarborg les invita cordialmente a participar en un taller para <strong data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"412\">crear su propia bandera conmemorativa<\/strong>, el <strong data-start=\"417\" data-end=\"453\">17 de junio de 12:00 a 14:00 hrs<\/strong>. Se proporcionar\u00e1n materiales para confeccionar una bandera islandesa con papel blanco, azul y rojo. Tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 colores disponibles para quienes deseen dar rienda suelta a su imaginaci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1ar una bandera personal o incluso crear una bandera de otro pa\u00eds. El taller se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en island\u00e9s, ingl\u00e9s y espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"1060\">La actividad estar\u00e1 a cargo del artista mexicano <strong data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"845\">Hugo Llanes<\/strong>, quien reside en Islandia desde hace siete a\u00f1os. Hugo tiene una maestr\u00eda en Bellas Artes por la Universidad de las Artes de Islandia y actualmente estudia island\u00e9s como segundo idioma en la Universidad de Islandia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1475\"><em><strong data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1078\">En mi idioma<\/strong> es una serie de eventos que busca ampliar el acceso a Hafnarborg para personas de diversos or\u00edgenes, acogiendo a los visitantes en distintos idiomas. El evento es una colaboraci\u00f3n entre Hafnarborg y GETA, una organizaci\u00f3n que promueve la inclusi\u00f3n y la multiculturalidad positiva a trav\u00e9s de diversas actividades sociales y culturales. El programa cuenta con el apoyo del Fondo de Museos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1529\"><strong data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1529\">La entrada es gratuita \u2013 todos son bienvenidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1529\">Las exposiciones del museo estar\u00e1n abiertas como de costumbre, de 12:00 a 17:00 h. Actualmente se presenta la muestra titulada <em data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"329\">Of Substance and Essence<\/em> (<em data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"355\">De Sustancia y Esencia<\/em>), que ofrece una mirada a la larga y diversa trayectoria de Eir\u00edkur Smith. La otra exposici\u00f3n, titulada <em data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"479\">An Ode to Colours<\/em> (<em data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"504\">Una Oda a los Colores<\/em>), muestra una selecci\u00f3n de obras realizadas por Sveinn Bj\u00f6rnsson en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os de su carrera art\u00edstica. Adem\u00e1s, Annr\u00edki albergar\u00e1 una exposici\u00f3n especial de trajes t\u00edpicos en la planta baja del museo, una tradici\u00f3n que se ha consolidado en la programaci\u00f3n de Hafnarborg en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.
