His first appearance on stage was with the Childrens choir of the Icelandic Opera in Othello (Verdi). He did his undergraduate studies at the Reykjav\u00edk College of Music and later at the Guildhall School of Music &amp; Drama in London, finishing his M.mus degree as well as Opera studies under the guidance of Professors Adrian Thompson and Rudolf Piernay. He has also sat and taken part in masterclasses given by Sir Thomas Allen, Elly Ameling, Dalton Baldwin, Jorma Hynninen, Helmut Deutsch and Kristj\u00e1n J\u00f3hannsson.<\/p>\n<p>His operatic experience includes performances of Hans in Die Verkaufte Braut (Smetana), Wenzel in Kleider machen Leute (Zemlinsky), Lensky in Eugene Onegin (Tschaikowsky), Idamante in Idomeneo (Mozart), Edwin in Die Csardasf\u00fcrstin (Kalm\u00e1n), Baron in Der Wildsch\u00fctz (Lortzing), Flamand in Capriccio (Strauss) and Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni (Mozart). He has appeared in recitals in many countries and has performed some of the great Lieder-cycles such as Dichterliebe (Schumann) and Schwanengesang (Schubert). Furthermore Bragi has various Oratoric experience, including The Messiah (H\u00e4ndel), Requiem (Mozart), Symphony no. 4 (Schnittke), Passio (P\u00e4rt). Bragi was a member of the ensemble of Theater Vorpommern, situated in Stralsund, Germany the years 2011-2014. He now lives in Iceland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anton\u00eda Hevesi<\/strong>, pianist, has from the beginning been the artistic director of the Noon Concerts in Hafnarborg and choosen many of Iceland&#8217;s best singers to perform with her.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Hafnarborg&#8217;s Noon Concerts are held monthly. The begin at 12 noon and are about 30 minutes long. They are open to all.
