Bariton singer Oddur Arn\u00fe\u00f3r J\u00f3nsson, will perform at Hafnarborg along with pianist Antonia Hevesi. At the concert, which bears the name curious name\u00a0<em>Villans and Victims, <\/em>Oddur and Hevesi will perform arias by\u00a0G. Donizetti og Mozart.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oddur Arn\u00fe\u00f3r J\u00f3nsson,\u00a0<\/strong>studied under \u00d3l\u00f6f Kolbr\u00fa Har\u00f0ard\u00f3ttir and Alex Ashworth at the Reykjavik School of Singing. He recieved a masters degree from the\u00a0Universit\u00e4t Mozarteum \u00ed Salzburg,\u00a0Austurr\u00edki and recieved the Lilli Lehmann-award for an exellent masters-test in opera-singing. Last fall he sang for the first time at the Icelandic opera the part for Rodrigo in <em>Don Carlo,<\/em> and as chosen <em>The Brightest Hope\u00a0<\/em>at the Icelandic Music Awards.\u00a0Now Oddur performs in <em>Figaro&#8217;s Wedding<\/em> at the Icelandic Opera and sings the part of Figaro himself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anton\u00eda Hevesi<\/strong>, pianist, has from the beginning been the artistic director of the Noon Concerts in Hafnarborg and choosen many of Iceland\u2019s best singers to perform with her.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Hafnarborg\u2019s Noon Concerts are held monthly. The begin at 12 noon and are about 30 minutes long. They are open to all.
