{"id":771,"date":"2014-11-07T13:28:31","date_gmt":"2014-11-07T13:28:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hafnarborg.wpengine.com\/?post_type=event&#038;p=771"},"modified":"2014-12-13T16:02:21","modified_gmt":"2014-12-13T16:02:21","slug":"english-ras-samtal-um-fegurd","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/old.hafnarborg.is\/en\/event\/english-ras-samtal-um-fegurd\/","title":{"rendered":"Tracks &#8211; Conversation on beauty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the connection with the exhibition <em>Tracks<\/em>, a seminar conversation on beauty will be held in Hafnarborg Saturday October 4th at 2pm. <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">The various<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">surfaces<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">forms<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of beauty<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">are examined<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">from<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ideas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that appear<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in the exhibition <\/span><span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">out<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">art<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">philosophy<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">aesthetic<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">theological<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">perspectives.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Participants<\/span> of the seminar are <\/span>A\u00f0alhei\u00f0ur L Gu\u00f0mundsd\u00f3ttir adjunct and manager of the Department of Fine Art in the Iceland Academy of Arts, Dr. Gunnar \u00c1. Har\u00f0arson Professor of the Philosophy Department of the University of Iceland, Dr. Theol. Gunnar Kristj\u00e1nsson who is a priest in Reynivellir diocese and dean of Kjalarnesspr\u00f3fastd\u00e6mi and last but not least Helga \u00de\u00f3rsd\u00f3ttir the curator of<em> Tracks, <\/em>who is also a cultural theorist as well as an professional artist and interior architect.
