{"id":12084,"date":"2023-12-02T09:10:19","date_gmt":"2023-12-02T09:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.hafnarborg.is\/?p=12084"},"modified":"2023-12-02T10:53:45","modified_gmt":"2023-12-02T10:53:45","slug":"landscape-for-the-chosen-ones-reopening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.hafnarborg.is\/en\/2023\/12\/02\/landscape-for-the-chosen-ones-reopening\/","title":{"rendered":"Landscape for the Chosen Ones \u2013 Reopening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the past few weeks, Hafnarborg has been going through some renovations, as we have been installing a new lighting system in the upper gallery of the museum, as well as painting the ceiling of the gallery.<\/p>\n<p>We are then delighted to invite you back to the exhibition Landscape for the Chosen Ones which will reopen to guests from today, Saturday December 2nd.<\/p>\n<p>The participating artists are Arna Beth, Fritz Hendrik IV, Margr\u00e9t Helga Sesseljud\u00f3ttir, S\u00f3l Hansd\u00f3ttir, Vikram Pradhan, B\u00edb\u00ed S\u00f6ring and \u00der\u00e1ndur J\u00f3hannsson, but the exhibition also features works by Eir\u00edkur Smith, Patrick Huse and Sigrid Valtingojer from the collection of Hafnarborg and the AS\u00cd Art Museum.<\/p>\n<p>The curators of the exhibition are Eva L\u00edn Vilhj\u00e1lmsd\u00f3ttir and Odda J\u00fal\u00eda Snorrad\u00f3ttir.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition will be open until December 30th.<\/p>\n<p>Free entry \u2013 everyone welcome.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the past few weeks, Hafnarborg has been going through some renovations, as we have been installing a new lighting system in the upper gallery of the museum, as well as painting the ceiling of the gallery.
